What is this tool?
PPT Slide Size Changer updates the presentation canvas to widescreen, standard, portrait, or a custom size directly inside the PPTX package. It can scale existing positions and dimensions to the new canvas, processes several presentations sequentially, preserves unrelated package files, and reports malformed or protected inputs instead of producing a misleading download.
How to use PPT Slide Size Changer
- Best used forChoose .pptx files, select 16:9, 4:3, 9:16 or a custom width and height in inches, and decide whether to scale existing content. Run Process all and download the results. Batches accept up to 20 files, at most 250 MiB each.
- What the result changesThe tool changes the slide canvas. With scaling enabled it scales supported slide coordinates separately on each axis, so changing the ratio can stretch pictures or shapes. It does not automatically redesign slides, resize all fonts or rebuild masters; without scaling, content keeps its coordinates.
- Check before you finishExample: change a copy from 4:3 to 16:9 and reopen the PPTX. Check round shapes, logos, text boxes and items near the edges. Compare both scaling choices and manually adjust the result if text wraps differently or objects leave the canvas.
