Choose a tool with the workflow and limits explained.
Free2Everyone is a first-party collection of focused file tools. Each tool card names the job it performs and the formats it accepts. Open a tool to see its input requirements, the steps it follows, the result it creates and any limitations that matter before you begin.
Documents and presentations
Work with PDFs and PowerPoint files without installing a desktop suite. Available tasks include editing, merging, splitting, compressing, signing, extracting content and converting between supported document, slide and image formats. Always review the preview when exact fonts or page layout are important.
Convert, resize, compress, trim or combine common media formats in the browser. The format list on each tool page is the source of truth: changing a filename extension alone does not convert the file, and some browsers support more codecs than others.
A file opened from your device is processed in the isolated tool workspace and is not uploaded to Free2Everyone. Google Drive and OneDrive import are optional; when selected, your browser retrieves the chosen file directly from that provider for use in the tool.

HOW THE SITE WORKS
From source file to checked result
The interface changes for each task, but the decision process stays simple.
Pick the result you needChoose by task and output format, then confirm that the tool lists your source format. This prevents wasted time with an incompatible file.
Open the file in your browserSelect or drop a device file into the tool. Review the available options before running the action and check the settings that affect the result.
Review before downloadingCheck the preview, page count, dimensions, duration or file size shown by the tool. Download only after the result matches what you intended.
What browser conversion can and cannot preserve
Results depend on the source file and the features your browser can decode. Complex PDF layouts, uncommon fonts, transparency, slide animations, embedded media and password protection may require extra review or may not be supported by a particular tool. Renaming an extension does not convert a file. Keep the original and check the tool limitations when a format cannot be handled correctly; a completion message is not a substitute for reviewing the output.
Questions before using a tool
Are the public tools really free?
Yes. Public tools do not require an account, impose a daily conversion quota or add a forced watermark. Advertising funds the service. Your browser and device memory still determine how large or complex a file can be processed reliably.
Does Free2Everyone upload files from my device?
No. Files selected from your device stay in the browser workspace. If you deliberately choose Google Drive or OneDrive, that provider handles sign-in and your browser downloads the selected file directly into the tool.
How do I know which file types are accepted?
Check the formats shown on the tool card and its page before opening a file. The tool validates the actual input it receives; merely renaming .docx, .pdf, .jpg or another extension does not change the file format.
Why can a converted file look different?
A source file may rely on fonts, codecs, effects or embedded objects that are unavailable in the browser. Use the result preview and the tool-specific notes to check important layout, colour, transparency, timing and page details.
What should I do if a result is wrong?
Keep the original file, note the browser and tool you used, and report the affected tool. A clear report helps us reproduce the problem and correct or remove an unreliable workflow.
